ATD adopted World Class/Lean Manufacturing methods a number of years ago. Through total shop classroom education, supplemented with continuous ongoing education, the entire organization speaks and operates in Lean Manufacturing mode. Continuous improvement is an everyday activity, thoroughly integrated with on going Lean Manufacturing work practices. Controlled costs, shorter lead times, on time delivery, are all benefits produced by Lean Manufacturing operating principles at ATD.
